often business get reviews only when something goes wrong, well things do go right...

came into the store with a problem with my seven year old stove, the girls on the floor took the time to set an appointment for service,that someone would be at my home in less that a week, wow at the busy time of the year..

we when over to a stove on the floor and i was shown different things to check when i get home. Quess what,it worked my stove is running fine and was able to cancel a possible costly service call. Thanks, great job on customer service...

This company is THE WORST when it comes to customer service. Dont believe them when they promise even the smallest thing like a call back. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even my enemy. They dont have their act together, they promis big things (redesign a fireplace) and can't follow thru, they have no internal communication, and no understanding of the difference between a person shopping for a stove versus a paying customer.



I'm sorry but if you are about to plunk 3K down on a stove, best bet is to drive past Enchanted Fireside. I bought my pellet stove in APRIL and I have YET to have anything installed and it is now OCTOBER.



I can't WAIT to see how they respond when the stove breaks down :(
