T N T Games

I went to the store in Woodstock to trade in my WII and a bunch of games plus controllers. The man asked me if I wanted cash or store credit, I chose the store credit because I planned on buying a game for my fiancé. After everything got scanned and check they put it in the computer I got about $60 in credit. I asked them if I could trade in the store credit for the new game call of duty Advanced Warfare they told me yes it was still in the package brand new. I left the store with game gave it to my fiancé we were both excited to play. We installed the game and played for about a half hour. That's all we could take this game was horrible one of the worse games made. we were very upset about the game so I called the store to return the game and get full credit on the account or a cash refund but when I talked to the man on the phone he seid he couldn't give me my money back he'd buy it for $10 or do store credit for $20. I just spend $60 on this game and the most they can do is store credit. I bought this game three days ago tried to play it twice. They seid because it was out of the package that's all they could do. It's very sad when you lose a customer because you don't want to give a refund. Rick asked me " Why didn't you like the game, everyone I know that's got the game love's it".I told him graphics are horrible, they have a system hack (that's ridiculous), Gun's were better in ghost, and everything that's in this game was taken from another game. I was very upset and I don't want this game. Then he told me well I don't give numbers over the phone but the most would be $20 but I would have to look at the case and cd. Wow at that point it was like there's not even a point to talk to them. They do not care about the customer at all or trying to make situations better. I will never go back to this store again and that's a promise. I'm going to tell my friend's and family to go to game stop I don't even know why I gave them a second chance. Trust me the way this store dose sales this store will be closed in no time and that's going to be better for everyone. If you plan on getting a game go to game stop or e-bay anywhere but this store. Rude people, bad games, and a policy they don't even tell you about. At least when I got games on e-bay if I didn't like them the money was in my hand (the full amount) and the game was out of my life. WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!!
