Our dyes are exclusively made by BASF and Clariant; the world’s leaders in dyes and commercial coloring. All our dyes are certified 100% Lead-Free and meet all requirements of the German Goods Ordinance, REACH (European Union), RoSH (U.K.), and CPSIA (U.S.) which require consumer goods to be free of Lead, AZO’s and carcinogenic chemicals. As manufacturers, our product and color possibilities are endless! We stock the most popular items available for immediate delivery. If you require a special color, or a special size that we do not stock, simply contact us. Your custom order will usually arrive within 45 days of ordering. Braided cord can be manufactured in ANY color from our round cord colors, or ANY color combination. We braid from 2.5mm up to 20mm. The only limit is your imagination! Our in house design staff can assist in every aspect of making your ideas a reality. We also have the lowest minimums for custom orders in the industry.         Overall

        They promote having "The Highest Quality Leather". This is not what I received in my order. When I asked to speak to management I was rudely informed that I was mistaken about the quality of the leather I received. I am very disappointed in their leather and even more so in their management.

        NEVER AGAIN!!

        i ordered product received my square braided leather only to notice it was not square.

        the braid spiraled i called to let them know(had order once before and had no complaints) this time they proceed to argue.. pft come on people u serious.. NEVER AGAIN

        We strive to provide an excellent level of customer service and regret that you feel we did not achieve that level when addressing your concerns. You were unhappy that our braided cord was not exactly like a braided cord you purchased from another manufacturer and asked us to match that cording. Our customer service representatives and managers politely explained to you that there are many methods of braiding and that we did not carry, nor had we ever carried, the specific braid you were looking for. They each advised that we would be happy to issue a refund for the cost of the product if you wished to return it. Once again, we regret that our level of service did not meet your standards. Had we carried the specific braid you were looking for, we would have been happy to provide it.
