City National Bank

This branch is the worst group of helpless bankers i have ever experienced! I was being charged $40 in monthly fees for over a year and every time i called my "banker" to figure out where these fees were coming from, she had NO information for me. Sylvie, my so-called banker, is as useless as a fork in a bowl of soup. And the rest of the women that work behind the desk are just as clueless and unhelpful. While I very much enjoyed City National as a bank, and found that most of its other branches were a delight to work with, this branch is a complete waste of time. Not only is the location a maze of pain to get to, their bankers lack the common knowledge, courtesy and sense of how to help their customers. BEWARE THIS IGNORANT BRANCH OF USELESS WOMEN!
