It's a great school to learn both baking and cooking with lots hands on experience. I learned a lot more here than going to Arts Institude or from looking up videos online. Highly recommended!!!

Someone recommended for me to contact the owner of this school to do a full service catering for my event. The owner Cecilia De Castro was very pleasant to speak with over the phone. She was supposedly willing to work with me. Everything seemed so perfect, but then it was so hard to contact her via cellphone, business phone, email, left daily messages with secretary. Very unprofessional, I got so stressed waiting and anticipating a call back as my special event got closer and closer. I had to scramble to find another caterer. So far I think I found one that is first class in the true sense of professionalism.
