This store is improving. The manager is very kind and helpful. They have a new framer who is excellent and meticulous. It is a lovely area of Woodinville to shop. Give it a try!

I am not sure about the reviews above, but I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. Yes, they do ask if you need help immediately upon entering, but in my experience, it is because they sincerely want to help!



They have framed several pictures for me, and all turned out beautifully. One project was late, but they called me to let me know what was happening, and it was worth the wait for the quality work. I have framed elsewhere, and trust me, they do a much better job than the competitors.
