Queens County Savings Bank

Teller, middle aged Indian woman, extremely rude...told me she couldn't deposit a money order. Would 't even make the call to verify the money order because she was adamant it couldn't be processed. I took my business to the Queens County Bank on 101 Ave where it was immediately deposited into my account with no issue whatsoever. I live near the Woodhaven branch and find her business skills lacking and totally unprofessional. If not in a hurry that day, I would of spoken to the branch manager personally and had her reprimanded, honestly her behavior was disgusting...Honestly, I would fire her since she would be the last person I'd want training other individuals for the position...she breeds incompetence. I will never go back there, the 101 ave Branch and branch located in the Pathmark shopping center are by far superior with excellent customer service skills.

The Customer Service Representatives are courteous and professional.
