Brought my 52lb dog in to get groomed by Janet 1st time..cut was not short enough brought him back 3 weeks later which is not want i wanted to do..But we got it right the 2nd time with some conversation & pictures. He was the 1st app.because I do not want my dog caged..she did a great job on him..This was the first time I tried Pet Smart Grooming..there was no charge for the 2nd visit..
I will take my dog back for his cuts to Janet again..she worked with me through all of it and was very good with him.
I greatly appreciate that! Because he is my baby & I want nothing to happen to him! Janet showed great concern & gentleness to my 9 yr.old big baby dog! Will be back!👍

When I went to return an item today, the young man told me it was over thirty days. Yesterday was thirty days from the day of purchase. The total purchase was only $6.34. They didn't even offer me store credit. I will take my business to Pet Smart.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. I love the varieties of cat toys. My kitties always enjoy whatever I bring them home. They are real cat people, it shows by the way they treat the cats they have up for adoption. The managers and staff are friendly and have a heart.

The staff is friendly and very helpful! I even had an employee carry a large bag of dog food to my car for me. I enjoy taking my dog into the store because I can tell the employee's love having my dog there just as much as he enjoys going. The prices are outstanding and you won't find better prices anywhere else. I highly recommend this store for your pets!

Pet Supplies Plus has great prices and helpful employees. They have a lot of knowledge about animals and will find what you need for your pet.
