i purchased my bike from Melanie in June. I enjoy riding as a great form of exercise and mental escape. My new bike is so comfortable, Melanie made sure it was the right fit and that the seat and handlebars were adjusted correctly for me. I am confident that if I should need anything in the future that I can go there and get the same great customer service.

You can buy a bike anywhere but superb service is hard to come by. If you looking for the full deal, I would put Al Petri at the top of your list. I bought a bike awhile ago at another store downriver. Great guys when you bought the bike but didn't stand behind it when I had a warranty claim. Melanie Petri not only helped me get the issue resolved but also helped me get a new bike that they didn't even stock. They didn't even sell me the original bike! That is service and that is what the Petri family is all about. Kind and courteous aren't words enough to describe how great this shop is. Make your experience as great as you can and buy a bike here. You wont regret it!
