Woodbridge Carpet Cleaners

In summary, my brief but very haunting expereince with "Woodbridge Carpet Cleaners" was by far one of the worst (if not the worst) experiences I've had with any business in the United States, or dozen other countries I've visited for that matter. I spoke with three employees from this busines over the phone, including one 'so-called' manager, and two of the three were extremely bellerant, unapologetic and unprofessional. Fair warning, if you do business with this company you are taking an extreme gamble! My wife and I are still very angry with ourselves that we almost gave them our money.

For a bit more detail, upon answering the phone they simply answer by stating "carpet cleaners". They don't identify the business nor their name, so it was a struggle at times to know who I was speaking with. In fact, I still don't know the name of the 'so-called' manager I spoke with. Despite this relatively minor fact, at least what I percieved to be minor initially, we scheduled an appointment for late afternoon, 5-7pm specifically. So, per our scheduling phone conversation they were supposed to arrive at my home within a two-hour time period (5-7pm) to conduct carpet cleaning. The day of the cleaning the 'technician' called my spouse stating he would arrive between 630 and 7pm (at the end of the window). At about 715pm I called their main office after nobody had arrived, and after waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes they stated that the technician wouldn't arrive until 730pm and that he communicated this with my spouse; this is a lie. As a result of us confronting them on this piont, he more than called my wife a lyer on multiple occassions, and for obvious reasons I got quite angry. Our conversation ended with him cursing at me, essentially calling me a "f***ing jerk-o**" and then promptly hanging up the phone. I was shocked that he stated such things to me, a customer, and couldn't imagine how he felt this was ok to do. However, I then called the main office and spoke to their 'so-called' manager and quickly came to understand. After I asked this manager to identify himself so I knew who I was speaking with, he simply and rudely told me to "get to the point". Apparenty, the technician stated to him that he responded with obsentities and hung up on me because I was rude first. All I can say is WOW, and can't stress how extremely unprofessional the employees of this company are and can't fathe how they feel it is ok to conduct busines in this manner. I highly recommend against doing any sort of business with "Woodbridge Carpet Cleaners".

All I have to say are good things about this great business. Thank you for all the help.

They did a great job, and both my couches and carpets look so clean. I will use them again.
