Worst experience ever! Unprofessional, lack of compassion, complete waste of our time!

Our opinion based on our visit to this firm: I am so glad this was our initial consultation and it was free! It’s good to find out the service you will receive from the very beginning. It only took my husband and I 5 minutes to end our consultation and leave!!! When I initially spoke on the phone to schedule the appointment, I informed Mr. McGuire that we were looking for a family lawyer. He seemed in a rush and immediately asked when we can come in for an initial consultation. He seemed really sincere, helpful and interested in our efforts. However, when we went to meet with him, he greeted us as if he was disinterested and too preoccupied to hear us speak. I have to say we were a few minutes late to the appointment (8 minutes to be exact) but immediately apologized for the tardiness due to traffic and actually finding his location. His demeanor was not welcoming and we almost left immediately after he shook our hands as if he really hated to touch us! Without a moment to spare, he proceeded to ask us what we needed before we even could pull out the chair at the table! I mind you, I am months along in my pregnancy and was out of breath from walking up the flight of stairs to the office! My husband proceeded to tell him our issue and he interrupted within 1 minute to explain things that we were not even asking about! Then he went on to tell us that this consultation is supposed to be for people with urgent issues not possible future issues. I interrupted and reminded him that when we initially set this us, I informed him why we were coming in and that would have been a good time to say all the negative things he is saying now! At this point, my husband and I were very frustrated and I proceeded to tell him “I think we’re done here!”. He said that was fine and we left!

There are a few other negative details to add, but this is already wasting my time even writing about it. Just thought I’d warn you all before going there. Bottom line--we would not even recommend this law firm for a parking ticket!!!
