        Overall

        This is such a busy PO. Whenever I come here there are at least 4 or 5 people waiting in the line. Yet they only open only two windows out of three. What makes it worse is all clerks are more interested in chatting with customers or coworkers than moving their hands. No wonder there are always several people in the line.
