Hungry Howie's Pizza

Worst experience I've ever had in my life with this location. I'm never one to complain because I never know what people will do to someone's food but the general manager so he claims name is Mike and he hung up on me multiple times because he said he couldn't find a credit for me after I explained the whole situation and said what manager I spoke to he simply said they fired that manager and got a new system so they don't have anyone their their new pof. I told him exactly what happened and he said ok it seems like it makes sense but there's nothing in the system but he just said they were new. He then still wanted me to be charged even half when it was their location that brought me someone else's food. But because they were closing the manager said she would put me in the book. I've never been so upset dealing with such an unprofessional person like that. I'm limited to what I can write or else I'd tell u the whole story exactly so I will be calling corporate about this matter.
