We purchased a locally pre-owned 2015 Camry XLE. Our sales rep was Debbie Saxe, and we found her extremely helpful without being pushy. Our car buying experience at this dealership was one of the best we've ever had. I told my wife, "This is a good place to come back to."

This dealership is the absolute best around! No hassle or feeling pressured by anyone you deal with. I usually deal with Bernie . He knows the vehicle and shows you all the features before you leave. I have purchased 4 cars from Hill Nissan WH and have loved them all.

Got the vehicle I wanted.
Very professional. Didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but they got one from another dealer the same day.

My Daughter and Son-In-Law just purchased a car from Hill Nissan and something kind of unusual happened but the same thing has happened to me at different locations and I think it is borderline theft by fraud or deception and I need your input based on that. Here's the deal. You purchase a vehicle that you finance, you sign a contract with everything completed and you leave with your vehicle, a few days later you get a phone call from the car dealership and they tell you that they have made a mistake and you must come up with cash, on this occasion, $1000.00 or bring back the vehicle. You tell them you don't have any cash and they tell you that you will have to bring in something, again in this case my Daughter had originally brought in a vehicle to trade but had been told that they could keep it, it would not be needed, only to tell them later to bring it back, they needed it. My question is how can you sign a contract, have a done deal with on the facts, payments, interest etc. in black and white and then the car dealership try and make you believe you done something wrong and more or less threaten to take back the vehicle if you don't come up with something for them, something not even mentioned on the contract at all. Also to add some credence to this, my Daughter had her Grand-Father-In Law co-sign, so he was there during the entire deal to bear witness to it. I think they should contact an attorney but they don't have money for that, they are a young couple with two young kids, struggling to get by. If you can please at least tell me if this is criminal or civil. I know there are things you can't get involved in and this might be one of them but again, I felt it was borderline and I can tell you from this happening to me twice in the past that it is a growing thing amongst dealerships. When it happened to me I contacted a lawyer friend who told me to politely tell the dealership to go pound sand and to tell them to quit bothering me or I would pursue it with an attorney and that is exactly what I did. To make a long story short, it worked for me, even though the dealership played it right up till the point of me sending them a registered letter.

I had what I would characterize as a near-flawless execution of a car purchase at Hill Nissan. Perhaps it's because we as car consumers have been conditioned over the years to be put through the ringer by slick car salespersons, spending the majority of an evening sitting anxiously in an office waiting for the back-and-forth trips to the "my manager's office" to relay compromises in offers and eventually, obtain a bottom line that everyone can agree upon. At Hill, I was specific about what I wanted, needed, could afford to pay, and this only made Bobby's interaction with me more pointed, pleasurable and valuable to me. Bobby is genuine, low-pressure, knowledgable about the product he was selling me (13 Altima) and always accessible. When he wasn't readily available, I received a quick return phone call back. Not only am I driving the car that I REALLY wanted and love sitting in (which is exciting), I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't dreading interactions w a dealership.

I have to say , I am appalled by the service given to my father. At 69 years old, he walks into a dealership he thought he could trust in search of a used GT Mustang. The sales team showed him a GT but then sold him a 2008 V6 mustang with 49,000 miles for almost $21,000. The car sold to him was at best worth $16,350. Words can not describe how I feel about a dealership that takes advantage of the elderly in poor health. To add insult to injury, My father then was charged $900 for A Simonize Wax on the car. My Parents should have been valued customers considering my mother purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima in 2007 from Hill Nissan. Is this how dealerships reward return costumers? I expect fair Blue Book Pricing from a dealership thats been around for so long.
