she needed the rest of the money because she spent the down payment for the mobile ( found out later that was a lie the mobile was giving to my organization by someone south that she did the same thing to and the county there made them move it) I had to get the title from the state and pay for it now she needed the money for materials to set it or pay someone to if she can't get her license ,at the last minute she finally got a permit using a friend's comp.After being told by the state it's her responsibility to hire a licensed installer . Who did nothing but pull the permits while she used my money to get her son Jacob licenses( Fla tie down) .then forged my name to a contractor transfer to transfer it to his license while avoiding making a new contract. Also saying At this point is when we found out the garden was listed in a flood zone( I was born and raised 600 feet away our place is not and never knew the garden was) I even got the survey price cut in half on our behalf even though at this point it is all her responsibility,yes it did take more dirt but refused my contact for a much better price that needed to be paid for each load.I had to build the pad myself along with digging up a good portion of the garden for a lot of the dirt.all struggling with my tumor,when it finally was blocked it was my blocks they used they only brought maybe 16 blocks the power pole was installed after claiming she had to wait for a new bank card telling me they got the new one apparently using the old card to pay for and when the job was done it was ran and declined. still no steps skirting a.c. and heat (state law for heat) and now a expired permit and everyone else's fault but hers now she wants me to wait till she calls me that she got a permit..while it's affecting my organization,animals and kids programs if you had problems from them call the state,DMV, fla.dept of finance and to report what they are collecting for work the irs. she has no heart to do people this way

My parents gave these ppl 20,000. Down for a home and set up. Now they can’t produce the home and all the money was spent on personal use and they won’t give my parents back there money! It’s a shame they treat disabled veterans this way. My dad served In vetinam and is very ill with lukemia and they just stole 20,000 from him.

working knowledge of their industry and helped my family out
a lot.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Tells you whatever you want to hear, delivers on none of it.Still waiting almost 2months to get what I had to prepay them for.Run from this company.
