The first time I ordered sod, it came a week after promised. Folks were pleasant and did a great job. I called back as a repeat customer wanting to order more. I kept being promised delivery times. In fact, i stayed home 3 different days.. no delivery, no phone calls, not even return calls apologizing. Great grass and prices, but does me no good when they don't show. Certainly not a customer oriented business
