I contacted Reliable Appliance service in Orlando for an issue with my tenants refrigerator. They came out 3 different times over 3 weeks and never fixed my tenants fridge. They had to eat out of a cooler for 3 weeks. They charged me $704 and agreed to refund my money. 2 weeks later I have not received my refund.

Received a courtesy call when the tech was on his way which was greatly appreciated. Tech was Gio and he mentioned he was master certified in Samsung/LG repairs which put me at ease. Spent the necessary time checking on my washing machine issues. Also checked on my dryer which was not drying the clothes as fast as it once did and recommended replacing the heating element. Provided a military discount and due to the hurricane in the past day did not charge a service call either! Professional, friendly and fair...will definitely call them again!

Great Service!! Fast Service!! Great Price!! The repairman did a great job fixing my refrigerator. I thought I was going to have to replace it but he came in and saved the day. He had my refrigerator cooling properly before he left and it did not cost me as much as I thought it would. I will definitely be calling you again.

Quick and Efficient. This company is the best appliance repair company I have used in years. I own a property management company and called them to service a washer at on of my properties. They came out the same day and had it repaired. As luck would have another one of my properties had their refrigerator stop cooling. While talking to the repair man I asked him about the other property and he said he could take care of it today also. My tenants were happy and Reliable Appliance made me look good. Thank you. I will be calling again soon.

I am very impressed with the experiance and the service I got from Reliable Appliance I called them at 9:00 and they had a technician at my house by 11:30 that same day they even called to let me know that my technician name and that were on the way when he arrived he came into my house and looked at my dishwasher and provided me with a quote i decided i wanted to go ahead with the repair and so the tech says he has to run out to his vehicle when he returned he installed the part and that was it, I have not had a problem with my dishwasher since. I recommand this company to anyone with and appliance that has a problem they are awesome

What a great company!! It was really easy to make an appoinment to have my dryer looked at. The young lady in the office was courteous and explained everything very well. The tech was there on time and was able to find the problem quickly and fix it while he was still there. And all for a great price!

This company is great! This is my second time using them and they were just as reliable and friendly as the first time. They were able to fix my stove the same day and for a very reasonable price! Great Good!

I just wanted to say Thank You to Reliable Appliance. I was trying to finish my laundry, to get ready for vacation, when my washining maching started leaking. I called Reliable Appliance and they came out the same day and was able to fix my washer. What a relief it is when you can go on vacation and not worry about a broken washer. Reliable Appliance Repair provided some of the best service I have had in a long time. The woman in the office was friendly and took the time to make sure I understood the charges and how the appiontment would work. The tech that came to my house was friendly and knowledgable about the problem I was having with my washer. He was there on time and done in a timly manner. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Great service!

Great customer service!!! This company made may day. They repaired my refrigerator this past weekend and just in time for my party. I had overstuffed my refrigerator and caused it to stop working. I was worried my food was all going to go bad. But thanks to Jon he came and saved the weekend and the party. Thank you again. Great job.
