Nagel Brothers Renovations

I hired Randy to do a simple gutter removal and installation along with applying vinly wrap to the fascia board and eves of my house. It started out bad, he didnt show up when he said he would. He also didnt provide a written estimate of work scope and cost even though I requested one. After starting one week late, Randy and a helper finally got to work. After removing the gutters and doing a fair (at best) job of applying vinyl, I was informed that he was having trouble "locating" his gutter guy. I finally just paid him for the work performed to end it. They left a mess (all the gutters, nails, boxes the vinly came in, etc.) even though I have 2 small children that play around the house. They were nice and talked a good game but were totally unprofessional.
