The tech was quite informative in his sales direction. I do feel he did what he was hired to do; however, he told me their company was a partner of Microsoft. When my PC did not function properly and deleted many of my programs, I feel it was without cause or need even when he showed me some errors with the firewalls (too many) he said, and I felt this was a source of AdWare that I don't need after checking with a Microsoft agent. I will be asking for a refund
