Precious Kids Home Care by Cheryl

Legally a certified child care provider can only take on 6 kids. When Cheryl was watching my daughter she had 9 children. She has the children in a very small two bedroom apartment which is techniqually illegal. I went to use the restroom in the apartment once and it was extremely dirty. I was told by the owner's daughter that she gives different prices to different parents according to income levels! That isn't right or fair. These parents deserve to know what's going on!
