I took my Computer for the "free" Staples service. When I got the Computer home, the DVD rom drives were not working. They did not want to accept responsibility and said the DVD rom drives were bad. I took the Computer to Susan and got the problem fixed in a very short time, at a very affordable price. So for the price of a large pizza I got the problem fixed by "the Pro". I strongley reccommend their services. Fast, honest, affordable, solutions!

My business has a 2003 SBS Microsoft Exchange server and these guys claimed they knew about this software. Other than working on regular PC's forget these guys, bad choice. Friendly yes, but compentent you can forget!!
