Needham Animal Hospital

Needham was absolutely amazing! The staff is so pleasant. The vet and tech were amazing with my cat! They have a genuine passion for what they do and sincerely care for there patients! They are great with answering any questions and giving advice. They are also very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has fur family!
I know there can be some nightmares places but I assure you this is not one of them! I would like to thank the staff for all they do!

I have NEVER had a single problem with any of the DVM's that work at Needham - back to before they built their current state of the art facility. With all the animals I've had thru the years, seeing a DVM at Needham, i have NEVER felt "rushed", they have always explained everything to my satisfaction, including the prices of their services (which are comparable to every OTHER vet in Wilmington). If I've not had enough $ at the time, there has NOT been a problem with still receiving services for my animal(s). I just cannot fathom the previous person's review as I've not ever, in 30+ years, seen what she says to be true. I would HIGHLY reccommend this facility,hands down.

I do not normally write these reviews, but I read the review posted previouslly and felt I had to respond. I have been takeing my four-legged children to Needham Animal Hospital for many, many years and they have always treated me professionally with kindness and respect. More importantly, they take exceptional care of my pets. The staff know me and my pets by name, and they are exceptionally kind hearted. I have been to other vets in the past and none of them have even compared. I am not the wealthiest person so I know that veterinary care can be costly, but the doctors at Needham always provide me with guidance and options if I am in a financial bind. I have never once felt like they cared more about money than my pets. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

if i could give a minus star then that is what they would receive. I have never come across a more apathetic vet in my life. All they are worried about is money and that is all no matter how long you have been a client of theirs and having no outstanding bills, when it really matters and your dog is truly dependent on their dr. they they can careless until you wave your money in front of their face, i took my dog in yesterday because she was lethargic and not eating or drinking, they ran a test and said it was colitis and that she would be fine well last night she did not get better not even alittle she got a fever and she started to discharge from her vajaja well we took her back in today and they said that they need to run some test because their was not enough sample to take from and they needed to also test her urine. That was fine except for the fact that i did not bring that much cash i told them i would run home and get the money while they did what they needed to THEY SAID NO!!!! i had a fit and my husband stayed to talk to the doctor and a few minutes later my huband came out and said that they would do it for us this time. well there was no way i was leaving my dog in there care any longer i told my husband to get in and we would take her to a real vet and that is what we did and come to find out that needham was way off and the new vet said good thing we did not leave her there. the were about to misdiagnose my dog and she would have died. so if you have a pet that is going to needham or are thinking about going thier please please do not go there.
