Galante's Muffler & Brake

The garage "manager" has ABSOLUTLEY no professionalism.
I called to speak with the owner about an issue I had and he gave me the hardest time. Wouldn't let me speak with the owner and was rude beyond belief.
I will never go back there.

The shop preys upon women to Get more money out of them. They over charge for services by 100 on each fix. They also rerouted my brake lines and never connected to frame. They bypassed my transmission cooler with the new lines and my transmission was destroyed.
They also destroyed my brake dust covers and removed all 4 without my permission. They will not work with the customer on their shotty work. Women beware!!!!! They Lie! And do not stand behind their work

I went to Galante's at the recommendation of NTB and Rich was wonderful as opposed to Midas where the estimate was $250.00 more than Galante's and they insisted I needed a new tailpipe which I really did not and were A Holes. I would highly recommend Galente's over Midas any day of the week, Rich you ROCK and are first class all the way. I'll be back when I need brake or exhaust work again.
