Meredith Heating & Air Conditioning

Can never get response to phone calls. Won't get back to me with information about where my hvac unit was purchased.
Would never recommend to anyone.
Poor customer service.

I called Meredith Heating & Air Conditioning to add a new air condenser for my apartment this past summer 2011. Unfortunately, I had an extremely bad experience. It took John Meredith over a month to install even though he committed to getting it done within a week. I had to constantly call him w/no response to find out what was going on. Once he finally did respond and install, it worked for half day then broke. I called him once w/no response so I had to call in another contractor to finish work which was another $600. It was not wired correctly at all, among other issues. So would not recommend at all
