Terrible outfit to do business with. My company purchased a home from them in Sept of 2014 with a delivery date of Nov. They needed the 50% upfront wired asap to get the home ordered. Then we waited, and waited, and waited... calls to them were rarely returned. Finally in January they called and needed the other 40% wired immediately so they could get the home out of the manufacturing facility. Then it was a wait game again and they avoided our calls. House finally showed up in early April, 3 months after the Nov date they told us. The sheet rock mud wasn't even dried yet from the finish crew before they wanted paid their final 10%. We are still 2 months out from occupying the home because they didn't get the proper permits or inform us we needed to get the proper permits, so we are in the process of permitting the house for occupancy. ND authorities told us that this company is notorious for trying to skirt the local regulations when placing a home. This whole process has cost our company an additional $9,000 in rent because the home was not delivered on a timely basis as well as another $2,000 to $3,000 in motels bills for hands we've had to put up in motels while they finished the house and we try to get the proper permits.
