I had never tried to pawn anything before and I first tried Medawar jeweler and they offered a fraction of what this Williamston pawn shop offered. Not only was the staff incredibly kind but they were very helpful when it came to selling my items. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and I personally will never go to another pawn shop again even though I don't live close to the store. The people are great, the prices are wonderful and the overall experience was terrific. I am very skeptical when it comes to this type of establishment I am very cautious but not at this facility. I highly recommend it and will never go to another pawn shop.

Will not return! They originally offered a low price on a pistol grip they " thought wasn't legal length " ( which of course it was ) then offered more for it with original stock. Brought it back up with the original stock and then backed off his original offer. Claiming he couldn't waste his time on a $25 profit, well it should have been worth keeping ones word and commitment to the customer. Poor business management and time better spent elsewhere

Overall

Great place. The guy up front skipped his lunch just to help me out when I came in to sell a computer monitor at noon-ish. I got a fair price without being intimidated; they were totally professional and nice. If haggling scares you(like it does me) then this is the place for you; they like to give honest prices from what I can tell. I walked out with $10 more than I thought I'd get and I HAD to stick around just to look at all the cool stuff they have in the store.

In short, it's a lot like a Lansing pawn shop, except their prices are fair, they're nice/polite/professional, they're in a nice neighborhood and most of the stuff they sell is awesome and makes you want to browse. On second thought, this store is nothing like a Lansing pawn shop; it's way better in every way. I imagine if the owner wasn't running a pawn shop he'd be the curator of a museum or something. Come to Williamston for the antique shops, stay for the pawn shop.

I met Tyler, the owner of this pawn shop through the internet and I wanted to sell

some of my things. I took them into his shop and he took them on consignment.

Everything he sold for me he got me at least what I was asking for and in some cases even more than I thought he would. I will continue doing business Cash 4 Anything Pawn because they are very fair.

I dont write reviews but I felt compeled to do so after reading the above review. I found the exact oppisite at Cash 4 anything Pawn. The were fair honest and upfront when I delt with them. I knew what my item was brand new and what it was selling for as far as retail prices go. They checked on line and confirmed prices and offered me what I thought was a very fair offer and I took it. I didnt have time to put on craigs list or anything to try and get retail I needed cash A.S.A.P,hense the fact I went to a pawn shop ''for quick cash! I knew going in they have to make money and I also knew I had to have Gas to get to work. For me it was a win win, plus the fact I got $20.00 more than I thought I would. There was no pressure no B.S just fast fair business. I will be back when I have cash because they have some sweet amps and axes and I cant afford new equipment just for me to pretend Im Robert Johnson when Im playing in my garage. But I can look the part. Any way I tought they were great!

It sucks a** i took a bike in there to sell it knowing it was worth 150 and wanting 80 guy said 40 and he showed me a similar bike on his computer that was selling for 90. saying he cant compete with that got home an looked and there still making my bike and wanting 170. DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

If someone brings me an item I look up what that item sells for brand new. I am going to try to sell it for half of that price. Therefore I am going to pay half of what I try to sell it for. This is what all pawn shops do. Do the math and 45.00 is all his bike is worth to me. Also, people know they can buy a brand new mountain bike for 88.00 at Walmart so what will they think if they see me asking 100.00 for a used one? Lastly, if you want to try to sell me a bike, bring it in the Spring. Not the last week of September. People don't buy bikes during the winter. Just saying...

Store sucks

This place is a tital ripoff. I have gone in their two times to sell things and he had insulted me both times. I know that he has to resale the iteam and make money. I went in with a pair of 1/8 ct diamond earrings and he told me $20! Are you kidding me!

I am the owner of Cash4anything Pawn and I feel sad that this person felt treated unfairly. The truth is, this persons tiny earings would not sell in todays market fot even 50.00. I might add that when he first came into my shop, he began by saying he had paid over 500.00 for the earings. When I asked for his original receipt or a certificate of authenticity to validate he was the rightful owner, he then changed his story and said they were a gift. I have been in this business for many years and have become quite good at telling when someone is perhaps not being honest with me. This, plus the fact that I don't know many guys in their mid 20's who get a pair of diamond earings for gifts, made me believe these earings were most likely stolen. Therefore, I asked this person to please leave the store and not to return. He instantly became very angry and began cussing me out as other customers were looking on. I suppose now he feels it is his purpose in life to slander my store. In the end, I work very hard to run a respectable, honest business and I will not purchase anything I have reason to believe may be stolen. The truth is... nobody will pay more for your gold, silver, diamonds or coins than I will but you need to be honest with me. Sincerely, Tyler Selph
