Wow what an awful experience. Rodents everywhere. My husband and I both lived in 100+ year old homes in Williamsport never seen a mouse once.( I personally always recieved full refunds from previous landlords.) We keep our house maintained, do not leave spoiled food out, even diffused peppermint oil when we moved in because of all the droppings we found (so much for their PROFESSIONAL cleaners they charge you a premium price for) we told the property manager about the issue and nothing was done. As the colder months arrived the issue became unbearable. Although we didnt see the mice often we knew they were there. Came back from a weekend away with droppings all over our counters. Had to throw out coffee, bread, flour, protien powder, ect. (All properly covered, cofee was in k cups). When moving out the back of our closets where we kept blankets, off season shoes, clothes, and things we barley use were covered in droppings and mouse urine. We were discusted and sent Becky the photos and didn't even get a response. We found holes that were covered with duck tape to keep the mouse out. That is NOT how you fix a problem! We ended up having to throw a ton of items away (some with sentimental value) because of negligence of ECM. Then they have the audacity to charge us for carpet replacement and cleaning due to the stains that the mice left. (The carpets needed to be replaced long before we moved in). This bill was sent to us almost two months after we gave them our keys with a returning address (which in the state of PA means we wouldn't even be liable if it was our mess) I personally believe they owe us money for what they have put us through and the amount we got rid of. This apartment also came with a leaky fridge, broken cabinets, broken front door, and neighbors the pooped and peed in the common laundry area. It took ECM over a week to take care of the laundry room issue after multiple people complained.

Terrible place to rent from!!!!! Took things from me after I lost everything in a fire. Doesn't respond to texts after multiple attempts. Charges over $200 for "professional " carpet cleaning and over $400 for cleaning. Do not go here!!!!!
