I just want to thank Paula McNeil for playing such an instrumental role in making sure that I am being taken care of in Hope Mills, NC, when it comes to getting my screen/storm door installed. She's been with me via phone and e-mail every step of the way. I'm extremely elated regarding the ideas I went over with Isaac for the storm door once it's installed. I do truly appreciate your consistency and genuine concern for my work order being complete according to my liking and Lowe's standards. I'll continue to keep in touch.

There was 4 Associates standing around with a little dog. They also had the owners of it their standing with them just a jabbering a way. While there was some customers being held up in the house wares and the flooring where there was no help either. They ALL COULD HAVE HELPED EACH ONE OF US OUT Instead of calling for other associates to come out. I don't care if they was getting ready to go home in the next 15-20 minutes. They need to pay more attention to the CUSTOMERS that are paying the money. Not the ones that brings in dogs!!!! You all had a policy of SERVICE dogs only and the other dogs were not Allowed. Now it has gone to far. I sick and tired of having to wait every blankety -----every time I go in there. This even goes for the store Mngr and going down.
