This is an extremely shady company, they will try to get you to sign a contract with them in order to "talk with the insurance company," however, they will hold you to this contract even if their estimate submitted to you later is much higher than the insurance estimate with no chance of ever making them align. And if you try to get out of the contract before they even pick up a hammer, they attempt to charge you a ridiculous amount of money for their administration fees, and then you will be stuck where I am (searching for a lawyer)
