        Overall

        The Andover location is neglectful of the their residences. There is enough staff to give care but a lack of leadership oversight to ensure employees are doing their jobs. Residence do not receive sufficient assistance with eating, bathing and dressing. My relative would go to bed in their day clothes because of lack of assistance. Individuals would sit an stare at their food after it was delivered to their table at because they were not give further assistance. If they were given any aid it was at the end of the meal time when they had eaten nothing. Sufficient assistance is not given with bathing and the residences are on their own. Do not put a love one at this facility.
