Bought a 2007 Chevy suburban , was encouraged to buy the extended warranty for 2,500. Insurance man who works for Integrity told us twice after my husband double checking that it would cover any engine problem for that time frame. After driving for one month starting using 3-5 quarts of oil , upon taking it to authorized dealer told that warranty would not cover this issue because saying carbon buildup on rings. Best they could do is refund our warranty , however upon arrival they were only refunding partial payment of 2,200. After begging to talk with owner, he finally gets on phone refuses to pay for any car repair, refuses to pay full warranty refund. So I was sold a bad vehicle using oil, a bad warranty, was treated with less than integrity by the Owner Pat on the phone. Have spent countless hours dealing with them poorest customer service I have ever experienced .Integrity this post is coming from a Registered Nurse of 20 years and a Farmer from southeast Kansas

Ok I went to Integrity literally one month ago the day they had gotten a car I wanted on their lot. I test drove it and loved it and my dad was prepared to pay cash if they went from $13,995 to $13,500 and they would not budge on the price. They said they would talk to the owner and the next day they said he wouldn't go down and it was the best price I would find anywhere. My dad ended up buying me one in Dallas for a better price and so I was over it. But then I saw that they just lowered the price of the car to $12,995!!! I'm so angry that they did this when we were ready to buy it in cash at $13,500 but they acted like it was totally impossible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

This was buy far the worst experience I have ever had in any business ever. It's just unbelievable. We went here to look at one certain car. Got shown another car that was $1000 more. We were upfront with them from the beginning with what we needed our payments to be at each month. We weren't to worried about length of the loan but needed our payments under a certain amount. BEFORE we EVER test drove the more expensive car we told them we needed to run the numbers to make sure we could get the payments where we needed. They assured us they would work with us and all that and sent us off with the car for a long (couple hour) test drive while they ran our credit and all that. My husband took the car back and proceeded to discuss financing with them and the payments were $100 over where we wanted. He told them that wouldn't work and that we didn't want to pay what they were asking for the car because it was a couple thousand higher than similar models elsewhere and even newer models with less miles. He talked to the GM and finance guy for an hour. They told him to come back in the morning, get the car for the day to get it checked out like we wanted and they would see what they could do on their end to make it work. We go back in there after having the car for a few hours again the next day and NOTHING had changed on their end. It was a complete waste of our time. When we told them we weren't going to buy it for that, they got very rude and aggressive. I refused to be talked to like that so I went and pulled our van around to the front door. My husband tried to reason with them. When he came outside and started to get into our car, the salesman followed him out and POUNDED HIS FIST into the hood of my van 4 times. I could not believe what I had just witnessed. If they had been honest with us from the beginning that there was no chance of us getting that car in our payment range, we NEVER would've taken it for the day. Instead, they mislead us and made it sound like they could work with us hoping we would fall in love with it and pay their over-inflated price. People shouldn't leave a business feeling like they have been assaulted by the salesman and that's how I felt. It was awful. Do not go here. By the way, we went to another dealership on Kellogg, bought the same car that was one year older but had less miles with the same accessory package (dvd players, etc), clean car fax, perfect service record and it was $5000 less!

2005 Honda Civic

I had known one of the sales man for 13 years. I took my daughter there thinking this would be a good place to by from because of my past with the sales man. Wow was I wrong. He told my daughter how this would be a great car and not have any problems for a long time. For the first 2 weeks of having the car should only got to drive it 3 days do to problems that came up that fast. Yes the fixed the front end shimmy. Then the engine started noise after less then 200 mile. They said we will pay 10%. There shop wanted over $600.00 to put on used parts. We went some where else fro $400.00 and new parts. DON"T BUY FROM THEM WITH OUT TAKEN THE CAR TO A SHOP YOU TRUST. They will tell you they check out their cars but they could not have done it. We will be turning everything over to the Better Business Beura. We hope this helps the next person that thinks of buying there. This place is in Wichita, Ks. With 2 stores one on Broadway and one on Douglas. BE Careful....
