Economy Engravers

Beware of Economy Engravers. I took an order of 250 turkey calls to be engraved with a logo in a quick turnaround job. I was quoted a good price then checked on it 4 days later as it needed to be in-hand within 7 days. At that time I was told that the price quoted would now be double because the turkey calls had too much excess packaging making the job more labor intensive than originally thought. Ok fine, why wait 4 days to tell me? Then act hostile and abusive about it? The owner ultimately told me that he didn't need my business and I was forced to pick up my turkey calls and scramble for another option except now I only have 3 days instead of 7 to get the job finished. Extremely unprofessional!
