It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. First let me say the ladies know how to decorate it was beautiful.I was next to tears the whole way through the ceremony. They did outstanding.The flowers,tables, doors all well done. With that I was very pleased. BUT...first at rehearsal I asked if she had the basket for the flower girls so they could practice so they would have an idea of what to do that didn't happened SO of course at the wedding they, were completely lost.When I sat at the bride and groom table I immediately noticed a prop that I purchased had tape on the back trying to remain calm I let it go at the moment.She never has mentioned that she broke it,but she had to know because it was taped. Now we planned a surprise cake table for the groom with a Dallas Cowboy theme the main thing she was told is we DO NOT like chocolate cake, so we agreed on the cake being red velvet. To my surprise when he cut into the cake it was chocolate so he never tasted it. I was livid. I specifically said NO chocolate cake.I also had champagne glass engraved, when they were returned one was wrapped in a Dallas Cowboy napkin broken again nothing was said. Part of the package was they set up and cleaned up well... that was not done properly and of course they were not out of anything because we paid the building deposit. When I spoke to her the issue did not get resolved. So of course some of he deposit was not returned through no fault of our own. The service was not to expensive but was not cheap either. My feeling are really hurt with all that happened after. I feel it was bad business ethics but oh well we are wiser and will be more careful with who we choose in the future.
