Excellence Appraisals

Appraiser Steve Chavez came to appraise our property he was on time and did a quick assessment with pictures. However when we received his written appraisal it was very disappointing in that he did not use good comparables to our property which it states that on the appraisal. Mr. Chavez did not calculate the square footage correctly and did not account for upgrades recently done on the property. When this was brought to his attention he flatly refused to amend his report. I cannot recommend this appraisal service.
