        Overall

        There's a rude man that works there have had a few issues in which i needed someone to come out not at their convenience and the man who arrived made rude comments the entire time and was anything but personable. I work in customer service myself and would never talk to any customer that way. I think they forgot that the business in which they are in pays their bills. I was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience of them having to come out though it was not my fault the reason in which he was there.
