Precision Transmission

I wish I could give zero stars and I'm sure they don't deserve that. Please save yourself a lot of heartache and money and go anywhere else. You would be better off if you just give your keys and wallet to a stranger and hope for the best.

Run away! We are in financial hardships and so were the owners of this shop, so drove our vehicle an hour one way to give them the business (2/27/09). Vehicle was missing, transmission leaked and the starter was not working. Got a call, found the leak, how much did I want to spend to find the missing issue and the starter was fine. But...also needed idler arms ($158) and front brake job ($300) or the vehicle would not pass inspection. On the day was on the way to pick up, get a call that another leak was found and now the starter was not working. Drove an hour for nothing. Fixed the two leaks, replaced the idler arms and alignment for $700. Three days later broke down in the middle of no where and took three hours to get home. New shop hooks up vehicle to computer and finds coil and module were bad. Precision never put the car on the computer. Oh, by they way, did not replace breaks and car still passed inspection. I wonder if I really needed to replace the idler arms?
