Mass throughput is the business model; physicians are over scheduled. Show up on time but expect to wait, your time isn't valuable. Secretaries are narcissists and you should be considered privileged to be able to speak with them; at least that is how they make you feel.



Prescriptions and renewals are a nightmare with them. 'You' will have to spend some time trying to confirm or deny if they even submitted your prescription. They will tell you it is at the pharmacy and when you go to the pharmacy they will tell you they have nothing. After you have run on the time wasting circular loop to confirm there is nothing, they will only then take the next step and actually determine the 'real' situation..the physician never sent it. Lisa is incompetent.



Major lower back and hip pain complicated with severe PTSD? Doesn't matter that your meds have run out and you are in excruciating pain, Lisa is the incompetent gatekeeper and doesn't care. I will wait until I need an ER to see a Dr.
