You will need to call the salon and speak with the stylist. She will let you know what can be done. She is a very experienced professional and I have complete confidence in what her opinion is on how to make sure you are satisfied.

*this was the message I received from Sarah and my response. We corresponded a few times. I continued to ask her to come in so we could see what she wasn't happy with but she refused because she was too busy and her time was more valuable then ours according to her. We would have done whatever it took to make her happy but I think all Sarah wanted was her money back and at the same time enjoy the perm that she had gotten. Why else would she refuse to come in to show us?

I told her we would re-perm now, 4 weeks, 8 weeks whatever was best for Sarah and her hair. Whatever she needed at no cost. She only wanted to email and argue with me. Notice how she says her perm was weak and not curly. No mention of fried and broken yet when she realizes she's not getting her money back and she never shows us what is wrong, she now says her hair was burnt and that she's lost 25% of it. But at 25% she was still being polite and just wanted some advice. Sarah is using social media to try to harm a small business in our community. Any small business owner knows that we don't get rich owning our own business. We just work our butts off and hope to make a living and help our staff to be able to make a good living and support their families.

I have been a stylist for 30 years and I have never seen hair break or be damaged from a weak not curly perm. It's very easy To go online and write whatever you feel like. But Sarah can never harm what I and my staff have worked so very hard at for a very long time! This is the only negative review I have ever seen. I count that as success! We have numerous positive and complimentary reviews all over social media!! Thank you to my staff for being so amazing and thank you to our clientele for being so awesome!! I truly appreciate all of you!!!

Went for a hair treatment and the woman burned of about 25% ofmy hair. The owner said she would do nothing. I was very polite about it because I didn't realize how bad it was going to get... more and more of my hair fell out as days went on. The owner called me rude even when I was trying to just find a solution.
