INTEGRITY VAN LINES AND STORAGE INC.

The Driver ran the truck into a wall because of ice on the road. They destroyed all my things and this Company makes promises to pay for my broken things but then you never hear from them again and NO MONEY yet and its been 8 months. They also ruined a 45 inch flat screen TV that will no longer turn on. Run Run Run from this Company! It will be your worst nightmare if you choose them.

Integrity Van Lines and Storage did such an amazing job on my move I was very pleased after hearing multiple horror stories from friends that recently moved. I knew they were the real deal b/c they showed up in their own trucks wearing uniforms the movers were all professional and very polite. This is the first time I have moved long-distance and I did need some help with packing there was additional charges but they were very upfront about it. I'm very happy they told me about the charges and didn't just tack them on after the belongings were on the truck.

I appreciated the fact that they communicated with me throughout the process, and that they kept there end of the deal and really did deliver within the window we agreed upon. I didn't mind paying a little extra for the packing b/c at the end of the day when I received my goods,, everything was in tact and just the way the picked it up. Integrity Van Lines is the greatest! Our moving experience went so smoothly. They were fast, efficient, extremely flexible and accommodating, polite, friendly, easy to get/keep in contact with, arrived early to our appointment time, and they even built our coffee table! They will definitely be our first call for any moving needs in the future. Highly recommend these guys!

Integrity Van Lines was great...the move time they quoted us for was just about on point...the foreman explained everything that was going to be involved prior to them starting... I was amazed how efficient and fast they were...on top of that, they were very careful with our furniture and wrapped them in moving blankets and /or cardboard just to make sure it was kept safe during the move...the movers were very nice and easy to work with...I will definitely use this company again for future moves when necessary...

Moving is not as easy as it sounds, but integrity van lines made my move a lot less stressful and easy. By the glance of few bad reviews I believed opting for this company will not be a good choice, yet after consulting it and other companies I hired them since their prices were cheapest of all, My furniture kept at a storage for few days, there were some technical issues.Moreover the deposit was more than 50 percent of the total price, but it was fine. Russel was the guy we were in contact with, In 8 days I was having my furniture in my new place, one of the item from the list was missing, the end table, so they agreed to pay the compensation price for the lost item. I had pretty pleasing experience, thank you!!

I typically don't leave reviews for this type of company but we were highly impressed after assuming our move was going to be a nightmare. It would have had we not had the good fortune of being referred to Integrity Van Lines and Storage. I can't say enough good things about them. From start to finish, they saved our sanity as we moved.

They were fantastic. I didn't have a lot to move but was really concerned about a sofa bed. The movers I had when I moved in told me they couldn't fit it thru the door but I insisted they keep trying. Moving out, I was dreading this happening again but these guys were fantastic. They got it and everything else moved easily. The price was fair and I am happy!

Integrity is the LAST name this company should be called! Moving my 80 year old parents from GA to PA. It was all good while rhey were quoting and booking it - no problem getting them there on the 30th - let's do pick-up one day earlier just to make sure - just in case of bad weather or something....that's what I was told. A few people fly up, a few drive - all to help get hem unpacked and settled - it's a lot for elderly folks to do on their own. Now we are sitting here waiting - no movers. Can't get a hold of anybody, 4 messages to an answering service with no reply, finally get a hold of someone by calling a different number and while on hold with them - the dispatcher calls to tell me there should have been no confirmed date of delivery - my parents stuff is still SITTING IN Georgia!! It won't be here for another 4-5 days before it will be delivered! This doesn't even cover the extra charges they tacked on....extra charges for extra items - totally get that and have no problem paying for it. The extra fees for wrapping and some other charges that weren't initially on the quotes but were there when the movers had all their furniture already on the truck - just crazy. Walk, don't run to another mover!

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY GREATLY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES!!!

1) Take a long hard look at all these "5 star" reviews and you will see that they are completely fake (in my opinion). The "1 Star" reviews are the real ones and they try to burry them in the 5's. Please look at the profiles of the people who wrote the great reviews.

2) Their website is completely misleading; they do not offer 24/7 customer service. There is one rep who runs the phone, Nikki, who I managed to get a hold of twice after calling about 50 times. If you press "9" to get to 24 hour support, it's someone on their cell phone who answers with "hello?" and tells you to call back between 10am and 5pm if there's no emergency.

3) Do not trust the numbers they call you from. They mostly operate from cell phones that route though another number, probably the state you're moving to so you're more likely to answer.

4) They sub contract their work. Integrity does not pick up your stuff, or drop it off. They are a company that sells themselves as a "5 star moving company" then hires a cheap company to do the work for them, which is the most dishonest thing I've ever seen when it comes to exchanging as much money as we did. I did not hire Green Moving Company with all their 1 star reviews! Yes, that's the company that came.

5) They will out right lie to you. I choose this company because of their pitch to not charge a penny more then what's quoted, and as long as the items on the list are the same, the price will be the same. False. They try charging me $450 while loading my stuff because of tape, shrink wrap and "the items being bigger than they expected." Talked them down to $115, but still ridiculous.

6) They will absolutely NOT make your deadline. If you give them a date you need the stuff by, just forget it. You are 100% at their mercy.

7)They will not answer your calls and they will not call you back. When two whole weeks go by and you still don't have your stuff, good luck getting a hold of ANYONE you talked to in the entire process. They move on the play the next person with lies.

8)Worst customer service ever. When I called Paul (sales rep) when the driver was asking me for $450 more than was agreed, to call him out on his false promise, he handed me over to his boss, Russell, with out even talking to me. After talking Russell down to $115, he explained that it's the "end of the day" and he was "too tired to do this." I work in the hospitality industry, Russell, that's not how to talk to a customer.

9)My 55" TV is broken! When I posted a picture on their facebook page they IMMEADIATELY reached out. There they go protecting their false reputation. After weeks of non-responsiveness, I get a call a minute after I post the picture. They said they "will pay for it." What do they do? They passed me off to a claims company so I can get 60 cents on the pound. That is not paying for it; once again, an empty promise and a lie.

In conclusion, dealing with this moving company was one of the most stressful experiences of my life, and this is a former infantry Marine with two combat deployments writing this. DO NOT use this company if you value your time, money and belonging.

Integrity Van Lines: What you can do to make this experience better for me at this point? Refund 40% of my money in addition to $400 for a new TV.

Do I expect this? not.. one.. bit..

Best movers in town, easy and smooth move glad I hired them. The communication was easy going, and the price was affordable to. The staff was very cooperative through out the move.

Recently I moved from Florida to Brooklyn, I assumed it will be a hectic and disturbing move but trust me once I handed the moving responsibility to this team, they asked me to get relieved so I tried, within a week they moved my two bedrooms. There was no scar or any breakage in here. I am glad I hired them instead of other companies. The pricing was fair too.
