I had work done on my Honda Accord last week. When I picked up my car it was cleaned and shined from the outside to the inside. The tires were even shined. It looked like a new car. Great Job !!

I had my car repaired after an accident and they did a great job fixing it. The repairs were guaranteed through the insurance. Five months later my car was making a noise on and off. I called and they fit me in the next. My car decided to not make the noise the day I took it. The mechanic looked it over, took it for a drive, and the put it up on the lift to check everything out. He double checked everything they fixed. He ended up finding a rock that had worked its way down into around my ball joint. He said that's most likely where the noise was coming from. I'm glad he checked everything out and didn't just dismiss me since it wasn't making the noise that day. He said he wanted to make sure it was safe for me. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. I will be back in the unfortunate event I need to and suggest them to anyone in need.

Straub did an excellent job with my vehicle. The only complaint I have, is when I received my vehicle back it had an additional 1,100 miles on it. I found documentation with my mileage on it prior to it going to the repair shop.
