In current market conditions, the most it should cost our clients to sell their home is a 1.5% listing fee and 2.5% of the sales price to the buyer's agent, for a total of 4% of the sales price. Please compare this to other full service real estate companies. We pass the savings directly to you, our client. Miles Realty Company, Inc will act as your Buyer Broker to help you find the right property under the most favorable terms for 2% of the Sales Price, which is paid by the seller. If a Listing Broker is offering a 3% compensation to the buyer broker, then you (our client) could save 1% of the purchase price, depending on purchase loan restrictions.
