Xtreme Clean Auto Detailing

Worst service ever. Brought car for exterior detail which no only did the do incorrectly and left compound in all joints of car, but they damaged my vehicle on front bumper then tried to hide with touch up paint. When I brought this to the owners attention he first denied it and tried telling me the marks were already there. Then I asked If so, why wouldn't he have pointed out to me( let me be clear the marks were not there) he said the car was too dirty to notice. Then the manager admitted to painting my car without my permission in front of the Weymouth police. I never authorized any painting in my car, they used the wrong color and my auto body shop said it will cost around 800 to repair. Do not use this auto detailer service. They are low life incompetents who are incapable of admitting there mistakes.

The guys here are just wonderful, there fast, professional and very good at what they do. The prices are great and if you look them up on Google + you will get a discount with there coupons. I love this place they take very good care of my cars.

I bought a groupon for a complete exterior/interior car detail at meara imaging detail in hingham( they completely forgot the details in detail ) & was so upset when I saw my car & the manager did not care & was sooooo extremely rude to me. When I went to john ( new owner ) at xtreme clean he was more than helpful,he was passionate about making me the customer( who just had an unbeilevably terrible experience at meara) happy & satisfied. They did more than extremely clean my car they got it back to showroom condition. Im telling you my SUV looks BRAND NEW!!! John & the boys over at xtreme clean Exceeded my expectations. It happened to rain the day they did it so he offered for me to bring it back cause he said its not gonna sparkle & shine in the rain( I have to totally disagree with him, it's shining!!)& wanted me to be able to enjoy driving it that way. It just showed me how important customer satisfaction is to him. I feel bad cause of all the crappy reviews xtreme cleaned got before john took over. I am a VERY HAPPY customer :)

If I could have given this place 0 stars u would have. The customer service is terrible. I brought my 3 year old SUV in for an interior detail. To the eye it looked good. However, once I got home I realized my seats were still wet. I left the windows open in hopes that the dap mess would go away. I got in the car 2 days later and the smell was disgusting! I realized at that time that the mats and rugs in the car were still soaking wet. I called extreme clean and they took the car back and cleaned it again. When I got the car back I was instructed that I must leave the heat on high worth the windows open. As ridiculous as that seemed to me I did it. I didn't realize I would get my car back wet after a detail. After following their instructions about the heat, which I left on for 3 hours the car still smelled a couple of days later. At this point I was extremely upset and I called them again. This time the owner got on the phone. Told me there was nothing else he could do. He refused to reimburse any of my money so that I could have this problem that Extreme Clean caused to be fixed. He states that he did not care about my business and hung up on me. BEWARE OF EXTREME CLEAN!!! This is the worst experience I have ever has with any company in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Terrible service. Would give Xtreme Clean zero stars if I could. The staff was completely unprofessional and ended up doing a half-assed tinting job on my windows. Like other reviewers, I wish I never stepped foot in this place (too bad I didn't read the reviews beforehand).

They are the best they cleaned the inside of my car and washed the out side for FREE!! i was so excited I had needed it washed but did not have enough time/ money to get the whole car cleaned at once.



Very nice & Professional guys did a GREAT job I will be going back !
