OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CATHOLIC CHURCH was built in 2006 and is located in Elmore County, Alabama. While still a relatively new church, the parish began many years ago as two separate worshipping communities. Those two communities, St. Mark the Evangelist and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, came together and, after much prayer and discernment, decided that the two should become one. With the approval of the Archbishop, plans were finalized and the first phase, the parish hall was completed. Our new church is named for Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of the Americas. It is through her intercession and the power of the Holy Spirit that we pray we may soon complete the second phase, our new church building.
