Phillips 66

Honesty, Integrity, Trust, Professionalism -- these are not usually words which come to mind when most consumers talk about Gas & Service Stations. Yet, they accurately describe my 6 years of experience as a customer at the Phillips 66 (a.k.a. Compo 66) service station in Westport CT at 485 Post Road East, telephone (203)227-0503. The owners, Jay and Bob, are friendly, offer valuable advice, are responsive to customer time constraints, and never push or recommend unnecessary repairs or maintenance. They provide fair, reasonable and accurate price estimates, usually better than the larger national chains. I have had other service stations say I needed certain repairs, only to have Jay and Bob provide a second opinion that those repairs were in fact not needed (often saving me many hundreds of dollars each time). I followed the advice of Jay and Bob each time, and they have proven correct in their assessments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OWNERS JAY & BOB TO FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS SEEKING AN HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPETENT AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE STATION.
