Not only was the jeweler himself terribly rude, abrasive, and unfriendly, but his employees were also extremely rude. Let's just say that quality customer service was not permeating through that store. Obviously, this jeweler does not care to obtain new clients or perhaps keep his present clients. I merely asked him if he could look at the links on my watch and he could not even spit out a complete sentence with an excuse as to why he wouldn't look at it. Just because a jeweler might be local, clearly does not mean that he will have that local charm and service.
