        Overall

        This office doesn't care if you like the doctor they stick you with or not. If you ask to change doctors because you don't like him/her they basically tell you ... it is that doctor of you can find another practice. If they tell you the Medical Office Manager will call you... she doesn't call. Very poor patient relationship. They also overcharge your copay and then don't refund it unless you call and tell them too after the insurance has paid.
