I always look forward to my visit! Always friendly staff and very professional. Never leave you waiting always take you at the proscribed time, which is extremely important to me.

Very unusual shopping experience at crown dodge. It was great just not used to it. A salesperson by the name of Roberto Cardenas was helping us and showed us around. Very professional and for being new he did real well. Once we are ready to buy we'll make sure to ask for him ....

This is a bad Jeep dealership to do business with. I recommend avoiding Shaver and going to Valencia Jeep. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in September 2012 from Tim in the online department. The car is fantastic but Tim was rude to me during the purchase of the car. He made rude statements to me a few times while selling me the car such telling me to "pay attention" at one point. After I purchased the vehicle, I realized that he forgot to put floor mats in the car. He was rude to me again when I called to tell him about the mats. Then he made me drive all the way down from Santa Clarita to Thousand Oaks again to pick them up when he knew that I lived an hour away and could have easily shipped the mats to me since it was his mistake. When I called the manager at Shaver to complain about Tim's terrible customer service, he never returned my call. No apology, not even a phone call to acknowledge that he heard my complaint. I guess spending over 40k on a vehicle means absolutely nothing to Shaver auto.



It's been almost 2 years since I purchased the car. But yesterday I drove to Thousand Oaks from Santa Clarita again because I received a notice about a safety recall for the brake of my car. John Fisher a director in the service department literally yelled at me and told me they wouldn't have the part until next month and to go away and take my car to another dealership. He actually said "go away." All I did was tell him that I recived a notice from Chrysler about a safety recall and asked him what I needed to do to have the part replaced. There was no reason to yell at a customer. I've been having my car serviced at Valencia Jeep and Alex, the service director their has always been wonderful to me. Very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgable. I just spoke to him and he said I could come in today to have the part replaced. And I've also had fantastic service at Hunter Jeep in the Antelope Valley as well. They even gave me a discount on a maintenance service I did there in January. So there is something wrong with Shaver auto. You know something is very wrong with a dealership when people in every department treat you like dirt.

Miscommunication between multiple reps, 4+ hours of wasted time, BS run around, promised a call back to work on offer by multiple sales reps, finance guy was a bit pushy and didn't want seem to want my business. I have tier 1 credit and was willing to put money down with a reasonable but minimally stretched payment on their part. I should have read reviews on other sites before I went there. I'll never recommend them to anyone. What total disrespect on their part. Little do they know I was planning on getting a second one for myself in 4 to 6 months.

This was a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the time I walked in the office,the secretary was very kind and made me feel extremely comfortable, from the front desk to all the assistants in the office, were wonderful. Doctor Snider explained everything in detail that needed to be done and was very gentle. I am so happy that I was referred to a wonderful dentist and a great staff.

I have been a patient for 6 years with Dr. Snider. I was relocated to Atlanta for the past 1.5 years. I did not find a dentist I felt as comfortable with. I was actually planning to schedule my dentist visits around trips to Arizona. Luckily for me I got a call to move back to Arizona last week and Dr Snider was the 1st call I made. I came in for a cleaning and check up. No Cavities :) Christy was amazing and Dr. Snider was great to see again. I am so happy to be back. The entire office is filled with smiles (pun not intended). From the girls in the front desk to the staff in the back. I feel like I am visit friends/family rather than going to just "the dentist" ..I enjoy every visit!!!

I always look forward to my dental appointment with Dr. Snider and all of his staff. My teeth cleaning experience is superb and is relaxing. Dr. Snider is just a vigilant in making sure he checks all of my teeth every time with the same excellent expertise he has demonstrated over the 15 years I have been in his care. I notice he continues his educational development to maintain an awareness of the latest dental research. He must treat his staff exceptionally well since I always see the same faces and I like going to a place where there is an ethic of care for the employees.

We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and that's exactly what's in our garage right now-A beautiful 2012 Chrysler 300S with everything. Andrew Wallop was by far the best salesman we've ever dealt with. We felt like we were hanging out with a friend. He made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free. Along with Jacyln Embry,who by the way gave us a great price,the two worked for 2 days to track down our exact car and finalize a dealer trade

I contacted the dealer via the internet. Tim Ott happened to be the person to respond to my request for information. I asked several questions, detailed the type of Jeep Cherokee I was interested in buying. He asked me a few questions to clarify my request, and searched the inventory at Shaver, in addition to looking at the available vehicles at other dealers.

Had a great experience with this dealership and especially Trevor Eversley. He let us browse and there was no hard sell or pushiness. He was very knowledgable about the cars and answered all our questions and questions we didn't know we needed to know. Will definitely go back for our next car.

Bought a 2012 Challenger SRT8. The deal was fast and easy, easier than any other car purchase I have ever been involved with. I took my car back to the dealer to have the stripes replaced with a stripe kit I purchased as part of the vehicle purchase agreement. The guy they hired to installed stripes dented and scratched the entire top of the car. I was pretty mad at the condition of my car at which point John McCann, sales manager, stepped in to handle the problem. Even though I was mad and acting pretty unreasonable, John offered to do what ever it took to make the situation right so I was happy. John replaced the car with a new one with the exact same option and installed some after market parts at no charge to make the situation right. I greatly appreciate John McCann's professionalism

I purchased a used car at this dealership last week. The value was excellent...way below Blue Book and I got the car I wanted. I called in advance on an internet special and was skeptical that it would actually be there when I arrived. It was and, although there was some hagling over the price and extras, the used car salesmen and finance manger Dustin, were extremely courteous and responsive to my requests and worked out all my concerns and questions to my satisfaction. Deal went smoothly and I drove away that night with my car. Staff was also very available days after the sale for additional questions I had. I haven't purchased a car in 15 years and was nervous and a bit worried about how, as a single woman, I would be treated. Everyone I dealt with at Shaver in the used car devision was professional and helpful and no high pressure. Nice location/area to purchase a car also. Was an all around pleasant experience.
