On Monday May 2 around 5:45 I placed several items into the out door collection box. I also made a huge mistake.... I put my bank deposit (white envelope) with the word "deposit" on it. I have tried to call but no answer. I will call first thing in the morning. Nora Wooley. 440 670 7614

Their parking lot is nice. Outside drop off boxes easy to get to. Inside a little dirty. But Clerks are severely rude. Act like they are above you and you are wasting their precious time. I rather go down to cleveland on Memphis Road by work to ship. At least they do their job without acting like you're bothering them or disrupting their day. Short , thin lady with the pony tail was the worse at westlake so far. Actually yelled at a old lady that if she dont like them then find another way to ship her items and laughed. Some people need to pose their jobs like her. She shouldnt be working with the public.

The Westlake post office in Cleveland is horrible. I went in to mail a few packages and the customer service was appalling--the woman who greeted me was rude and inconsiderate. She spoke in a condescending tone of voice and refused to even tape my envelope with my prepaid mailing slip for me. Unbelievable.



Sadly, this wasn't even my only experience with their poor customer service. When I inquired about missing packages that were never delivered to my door, another woman arrogantly insisted over and over to me that there was "nothing the post office could do about it". However, when I asked her to check the storage room, she easily found them. She blamed the postman and never acknowledged her mistake.



Too bad these are government positions, and the ability to please the customer has nothing to do with keeping the job...
