First off Parking lot can ruin your car with all the chuckholes. Second inside place is filthy. Third, clerks are extremely rude and don't seem to want to do any work, Forth it usually smells like cigarette smoke and sometimes clerks smell like they have been drinking and smoking. Fifth, they seem to make up their own prices for shipping items. It will be $2.32 one day and for the same exact item and package over $4.00 the next. Only been there 3 times but that was enough. I send UPS or FEDEX now. At least they know how to interact with customers that keep their business going. Even buying stamps there they don't seem to want to be bothered.

Clerks at counter are always rude. They have made me put my own stamps and even ink stamp my own packages as fragile or non machinable while i am at the counter. Half my mail i get late and many i get my neighbors mail and even mail and packages from other streets in my mail box. They need to fire everyone and start over with decent employees in my opinion .

Not only are the clerks usually rude, and acting overwhelmed, they actually LOCK their doors BEFORE closing time. I spend a lot of money shipping my packages, and don't appreciate the consistent mishandling of my business. I called the manager Cindy today to inquire WHY the doors were locked prior to closing time AGAIN. Not only did she rudely speak over me, she told me her clerks hadn't had lunch yet (nor have I, or breakfast) & I was out shipping for my customers! What a poorly work ethic permeating the Olmsted Falls USPS branch. When there are many shipping options available, not appreciating your customers will send them elsewhere.
