I do not think I have ever witnessed such a high degree of incompetence within a company. From the top to the bottom it is akin to an episode of The Three Stooges. Today they were here to "fix" my irrigation system that was put in by them. Dan, the owner informed us via email that they would be here at 8:30 am. At 11:30, they finally showed. No phone call saying they would be late. Jeff then informed my dad he would be back today with an electrician as it was their electrical line. Cut to 5:30 pm, nope no electrician. Gary finally showed up to turn water off and lied to our faces that he had already been back, it was laughable because we had watched water going for 1.5 hours that he told us he had turned off. I video recorded it because I could not believe someone would look at us and tell such a bold lie. Finally I got a hold of Dan and he had no real clue told me it was my issue then after speaking to my dad said it was indeed their issue. So we wasted a day waiting on this comedy ensemble and nothing is fixed. I don't think there is a person in that entire company who A) cares one bit about me as a customer, and B) has more than an above 80 IQ...the 4th graders I have taught could have done a much better job today. My dad and I were exhausted but also crying laughing at these buffoons. Please do yourself a favor and call Roto Rooter, call your neighbor, call the Humane Society, but DO NOT call these people unless you want to star in your own loooong episode of Seinfeld. I have never seen such incompetent liars. I have it on video tape....I could not believe that they actually are still in business. Call a 10 year old, they could probably do better than these fools.
